Ownership of user-created content does not transfer to Trust Design or Trust ED Techno as a result of using the platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they create, use, export, publish, distribute, license, market, or share.

5. Publication-Ready Content

References to publishing, publications, or publication-ready content describe the platform’s ability to help users prepare, format, and export content for printing, publication, distribution, licensing, marketing, or sharing through third-party services independently selected by the user.

All decisions relating to publication, printing, distribution, licensing, marketing, or sharing remain solely under the control and responsibility of the creator.

Trust Design does not automatically publish, distribute, or transmit user content to third-party platforms unless explicitly initiated by the user.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Trust ED Techno respects intellectual property rights and expects users to upload and create content only where they possess the necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations.

The company reserves the right to take appropriate action upon receiving credible reports of intellectual property violations.
