Born in Bucharest, Romania, where her father served in the diplomatic corps as Cultural Counselor. This environment shaped her worldview early on, familiarizing her from a young age with multiple languages, cultures, and modes of thinking.
Her father holds a PhD in the Philosophy of History; her mother was among the first women appointed as a school principal, and taught the Arabic language across the primary stages. This environment fostered a very early relationship with books and reading — she learned to read well ahead of her peers.
Her love of writing led to winning the Abdul Hameed Shoman Prize for Short Story Writing for Children (ages 4–6), in collaboration with UNICEF. In the arts, she won an international drawing competition with her painting “The House I Dream Of.”
She completed her Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems in record time, graduating second in her cohort. She then earned a Master’s in Business Administration, followed by a PhD in Business Administration before the age of thirty — with a dissertation studying the impact of information systems on decision quality, with social media as a moderating variable. Her research was formally distinguished for originality.
She began her career at a management consulting firm, later joining a global American technology company as Human Resources Manager, then as an internal consultant. She subsequently moved into the government and research sectors within international environments — gaining deep insight into what public and private organizations each truly need, and building a comprehensive view of modern working environments.
Dr. Iman is driven by a clear intent: to deploy every technical and managerial capability she has toward practical solutions, accelerated work, and accessible technology for all people — while keeping sustainability and authenticity at the core of everything she builds.
